Michael Arthur Diamonds is an Australian family-owned jeweller in Paddington, Sydney, specialising in engagement rings, wedding rings and fine natural and lab grown jewellery. Founder Michael Fallah has designed and handcrafted jewellery for over 20 years, since starting his apprenticeship at 16.
Every ring can be made with a natural or lab-grown diamonds, and every member of our team is trained under Michael’s guidance. Should I choose a natural or lab-grown diamond?
This is an important personal choice. Lab-grown diamonds are chemically the same as natural diamonds, with the same hardness, lustre and sparkle, and they are graded and certified the same way. They are more affordable for the same size, while natural diamonds are rarer and come at a higher price point. Every Michael Arthur ring can be made with either. Read more about lab-grown diamonds.
Can I design my own engagement ring?
Yes. Our online ring builder lets you choose the ring design, diamond and metal in a few clicks. For a fully custom design, book a consultation with one of our team.
How long does a custom engagement ring take?
A custom engagement ring usually takes 4 to 6 weeks to make. Need a ring sooner? Our ready-to-ship collection is available for fast dispatch. Ready to ship rings can be resized and delivered within 1-3 business days.
Are your diamonds certified and ethically sourced?
Yes. Our Lab grown and natural diamonds come with either a GIA or IGI certificate and are conflict-free, sourced under the Kimberley Process and the System of Warranties. Our lab-grown diamonds are graded and certified the same way, and we only use diamonds with a Very Good or Excellent cut grade.
What warranty and aftercare do you offer?
Every gold and platinum piece has a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We also offer free engraving on engagement rings and wedding bands, and free resizing of one to two sizes on most rings within 6 months. We offer lifetime ultrasonic clean and checks to make sure your piece is always looking new.
